می کنند و لایه روی را با اکسیژن و کربن واکنش داده می شود تا به لایه ای

مقاوم در برابر خوردگی و سایش و زنگ زدگی تبدیل گردد همچنین بعد از انجام

روش گرم بین روی مذاب و فولاد نیز واکنش شیمیایی انجام می شود که

100 تا 130 میکرون  ضخامت لایه  مربوطه در روش گرم می باشد .

گالوانیزه سرد

در این روش نمک روی را داخل محلول اسیدی یا آبی میریزند و به قطعه

فلزی اسیدی می کنند در این روش حدود 25 میکرون ضخامت لایه می باشد
